we have developed the External Spray Pump specifically designed for our Acrylcoat LQ-30/LQ-60/LQ-100 coatings, which come in various viscosities.
The nozzle for spraying the lacquer has been meticulously designed to maintain consistent pressure, similar to that of an aerosol bottle. It can be adjusted according to the application requirements, resulting in reduced material wastage, optimal liquid consumption, uniform coating, and increased coverage. This makes it a more economical solution.
Currently, we offer Dispensing Pumps with capacities of 5, 10, and 25 litres, equipped with a specially designed nozzle. These pumps require a compressor with a maximum pressure of up to 2 kg. They are suitable for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) that utilize conformal coatings in liquid form.
