Description
The UV Conveyor 40 Plus is a bench-top or stand-mounted UV light curing conveyor system designed for laboratory or high-volume production applications. The conveyor features a quiet variable speed motor with a velocity regulating drive that keeps the belt speed constant for varying loads and maintains consistent exposure conditions across changing part weights and throughput rates.
The system can be configured with single or dual high intensity lamp heads, which can be removed and reconfigured as stand-mounted systems for increased versatility and off-line curing use. The belt-to-lamp height can be easily adjusted from 1.2 to 6.7” for improved compatibility with varying part sizes, geometries, and working distances.
The base conveyor configuration is supplied without lamp heads. Lamp heads are selected and added based on application requirements. The most common top-mounted configuration uses two SunRay lamp heads, while higher power SkyRay LED systems can be specified in place of SunRay units when greater irradiance or specific wavelength output is required. Dual sidecure PortaRay units can also be added to provide supplemental side exposure and improved cure uniformity for parts requiring multi-surface UV coverage.
